This week's CASE study 32, MUSE continues to be THE Julee Tillman. Started out "casing" the layout and grabbed some MME Stella & Rose papers {have had these for a little while and not using all of them and THEY are adorable}... started laying out and fiddling... realized the papers were close to Julee's and with the layout.... really, really close!! So, I moved papers and elements around.

Used a new Plain Jane from  Verve {happy mail last Friday... won last friday's Verve release through the Verve forum on SCS.... weekly sketches and post to champions thread...honestly, YOU need to check it out!! Did a lot of distressing {sponging and tools} around the papers, added some chipboard birds that I inked with early espresso and distressed. Rhinestones, ribbon, button, burlap, and jute. Did I get carried away here????

Julee's card....

TFL!! Hope you're having a wonderful Tuesday.

We had some tree surgery today.... Bradford Pear on the side of the house split off last week and today the arborists came and added steel bolts {tree is still alive} to secure and used a "cherry picker" to trim the top!! I don't have to worry about the tree splitting and falling and hurting someone now!! Phew...done!!!

Stamps: Verve Plain Jane Hope Perches
Paper: MME Stella & Rose Hattie
Ink: SU early espresso, TH Distress Vintage Linen
Accessories: chipboard birds, MFT ribbon {retired}, CC button, jute, burlap

Nothing better than some Verve happy mail :) Your CASE is fabulous! Wonderful, rich colours and a great card. Glad the pear tree doctor came to work his magic :)
