Day 2- Verve release

Welcome back to Day 3 of our October Spotlight Hops!  The Verve Divas and special guests are back for another day of spotlighting our new release! Everything previewed this week is available to order in the Verve shop.

Today we're sharing our first projects featuring the Everything Nice stamp set and coordinating Pumpkin Spice Die Set.

Totally tickled pink with the sets julee is releasing this month!! So much fun and so many ideas!!

I have a couple cards for you today using some traditional fall colors!!


First up I die cut several circles from Verve's Springtime Stitches and layered randomly on my white card stock base and then, stamped this fun sentiment from Everything Nice. Next, I stamped three mugs (have always been a straight coffee drinker with a little half-n-half but, maybe I need to try a pumpkin spice latter?) I colored the cups/mugs with copics and added some glitter for the whipping on top. 


This card is a traditional take using the pumpkins and a bit of layering and distressing. Sentiment is from Autumn Blessings along with those leaves that were stamped in versamark and heat embossed with clear along the top of the cream panel. The seam binding is Verve too.

    Love the black and orange colors. The circles on the first card is a very nice touch. Both cards are very pretty!

    These are both so pretty! Love the coloring on your latte cups and the fun circle layout. And that pumpkin patch in the second card is so lovely. Love the subtle distressing and the seam binding bow.

    Oh, I love the way you have used these fantastic Verve stamps in both of these wonderful Fall cards. Your first card is so fun and whimsical! Gorgeous coloring on the mugs! I love the second card too with these fantastic pumpkins and the wonderful seam binding bow! ~Karen M.

    Thanks for sharing, I really like to see the pumpkins used - they look grounded and finished. Sometimes I struggle with rounded images that see to float.

    Especially love the first card. The sentiment looks great over the die cuts, and the circles really pull the eye into the design. You are rocking your Diva assignment!

    The pumpkin drinks appear to be floating on clouds--which is what I feel like when I have pumpkin "anything". The second card's layout is wonderful, and I think the bow is a very attractive component of your card.
