Welcome to this week's Color Throwdown Challenge!! And Happy Hump Day!! Barbara brought these wonderful colors this week.... wondering if this scene reminds her of the streets in Italy.
This week I practiced my coloring again using a Saturated Canary image.
The sentiment is from PTI. I was working on my "tiny flicks" on the hair to get that streaky look and now when I see it on the computer.... it appears her hair is dripping blood....geesh :)

Super cute card Vickie. Love the sweet image. Wonderful coloring.
Maybe you could say she's Raggedy Ann and the hair is red yarn? :) Cute card, Vickie!
Wow...love your sweet little lady and that sentiment is so perfect. Fabulous coloring too!
Way to rock the coloring skills! Hey, I've seen some really bright hair colors IRL, so I just thought your gal was a trendy one! :-)
