At first I was a little stumped with these colors, not sure why since I LOVE them!! Then I decided to go literal with the inspiration pic and a PTI set that I have had for over a year and never inked.
Here's my card...
Now, the funny thing... I wanted to add some dimension and could've sworn I had the matching dies but, 2 looks through my room and couldn't find them. So I did some "straight" stamping and added a little dimension with layers, enamel dots, and embossed sentiment.
Wouldn't you know the next day, I was cleaning up this "little pile" I had on the floor and there were the dies :) Y'all have "little piles" right!?!

What a great bike and your card is so sweet!
Sweet card...love that adorable bicycle!
Don't mind me Vikcie! Sorry for the previous comment. I was running ahead of myself... so... sweet card. Love that bicycle image. The greeting looks great in white on the pail green.
Love your sweet bicycle card! And can identify with the dies being found in a pile too - after the card is finished! :)
That bike image is too fun :) Perfect for the insp. photo! Wishing you and yours a blessed Easter!
Love how you went with the bike theme for your card, Vicki! Awesome design, girlie!
Great minds think alike! This is adorable, Vickie! You don't need the die (well, I take that back... we know we *need* everything!) but this is fantastic just like it is! Sweet and simple!
Fabulous interpretation of the inspiration photo--and great use of the colors, too! I'm sad to admit that I don't have little piles. I have huge ones!
