MOJO154!!!

Finally {at least the first time for a while} I played in the MOJO Monday sketch challenge!! Went for the round sketch since that is something I do rarely but, "stretches" my brain, LOL!! This new set from Verve "Happy Hello" is wonderful. It has two frames (round and square) with little sentiments.... you can go CAS, quirky, or use them in a "gussied up" card depending on your mood!! I went pretty straightforward, or as much as you can in a circle card??? BG Kioshi is the dp, kraft for a background scallop and on the small scallop. Added some ribbon and TE tiny twinkles. Really struggled with the top righthand corner and finally went with circle hardware and ribbon.

For this week's MFT weekly stamp club challenge. This week is "Floral Fantasy"!! The sentiment is from the Clearly Sentimental About Gardens set ( can you believe that I hadn't inked this up yet... shameful, I know!!). Used several die-namics; rolled flower with luscious MFT felt, flower trio for those leaves, and grass!!!

Whoo Hoo!! My very first post, I think anyway!!! LOL!! Verve's project parade is to make "Something Old and Something New"The challenge is to use an older stamp with one of the new release stamps. For this card I used Kindred Spirits (something old) with this gorgeous new stamp set, Great Friend (something new)!!! Love Verve Flowers!! Also, made a little "gifty" to go with the card.
