Managed to squeak in another card between the painting, renovations, and wedding, YEAH ME!! This one is for the
CASE study challenge and
Play Date Cafe Color challenge this week. Niki Estes is the MUSE at CASE study and the card Chupa chose is fabulous. PDCC is using Halloween colors; slime green, frightful fuschia, putrid purple, and black as night!! Had to whip up another Halloween card, seeing as I enjoy this holiday and I just received some Halloween Waltzingmouse stamps that were calling for ink, LOL!!
My card-
Not quite the elegant card Nikki made but, my little version with the PDCC colors. I Case'd the bg panel stamping, focal circle in the lower right, and the crochet trim/ribbon combo. The image and sentiment are from Waltzingmouse stamps latest release and its' called Hocus Pocus. The bg is an old SU image, flannel plaid (which I love for fall BTW!), added some buttons with twine from The Cats Pajamas (fav twine in white and linen).

Renovations are coming along with not too many mishaps, LOL!! Painted and laid new floor in my DD's BR this weekend and when my dear DH went to re-install the commode, seal broke and we had to call the plumber-- Oh well!! Good thing is they came yesterday afternoon at the same time we were home for the granite kitchen countertop installation (which took a couple hours longer than planned). Granite countertops are gorgeous and only one seam!! The slowdown was the backsplash above the stove top/jennair which was cut a little tight and had to be eased in slowly. Now, the poor Jennair stovetop looks really old-- project for after the holidays or at least the wedding!!! Today, DH took off seat for dining room chairs, victorian chair, and rocker-- to the reupholsterer for freshening up.
Anywho... all's well and it worked out okay. Hope you're having a wonderful week. Thanks for stopping by and appreciate all the sweet comments!!
