Believe in Miracles...

Well, I do. I'm a nurse and I have seen plenty of things that I would call a miracle!! Anyway.. Verve has weekly sketches on their forum at SCS and this is for week 1. My blogging friends Andrea and Wanda used this dp... of course, since I fell in Love with it and I AM seriously easily enabled... had to get some myself. One of the patterns has fairies... now, I don't necessarily believe there are fairies, I do believe in angels. Why, you ask {non-believers out there, LOL!!} because I want to!! I also work at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte- in the national news a while back with photos of what appeared to be an angel in the doorway of a child's room. So I thought Verve's sentiment "Believe in Miracles" fit the dp. This set originally was for Breast Cancer Awareness month and now, I am involved in research so, it was a must have for me... well, all of Verve's stamps are "must haves" for me, LOL!!

Enough of that... here's the card

TFL!! Appreciate when you stop and all your kind words!!

Ingredients
Stamps: Verve Believe and Love Notes (border and dots on the die)
Paper: Graphic 45 Once Upon a Springtime, vanilla, crumbcake
Ink: early espresso, chocolate chip

What a neat story! Love it when that happens :) I saw one on the top of the hospital just before dad died and I remember the nurses saying what a peace they felt in his room - love it!

Your card is gorgeous and I love that sentiment and the kraft panel you used for it. I'll try to remember your enabling weakness ;)

Thanks for sharing your story...I'm very much a believer in angels and miracles as well! Hey...thanks for letting me know about the thread on using the MFT die. That stamp set really frustrates me with the way it's made (Julee needs to give them some tips on how to add the clear thingy with the little circle markers so you can position the die perfectly over the image!).
