Birthday Girl

MFT's weekly stamp club challenge is doing sketches this year!! You can check it out on their blog or in their forum on SCS. Love sketches as most of the time I use these as a starting point. Original card I made, I flipped the sketch 90 degrees but, sentiment didn't work. On this one, I still put the sentiment in the bottom left corner instead of next to the bow but, I think it worked best there. Image is one of MFT's  Al la Modes {starting to love these as much as the PIs}!!! This one is aptly named Birthday Girl. She was stamped in memento tuxedo black and colored with copics. Added tiny pearls for her necklace. Cupcake colored with copics and added liquid applique for the frosting... yum!! Added pink pearls along the border and square panel.

TFL!! Love when you stop by and leave comments, love reading them!!

Love your a la mode card! There's just something about those skinny legs that make me smile! Reminds me I ordered a new one and haven't inked it up yet!
