Dream Big

Stacey's Curtain Call Color Challenge this week is More Mustard, So Saffron, Cherry Cobbler, and Crumbcake. These colors are scrumptious together!! Have tried tackling the flowers from Verve's Dream Big set {fussy cutting} and have not been pleased in the past. This time I didn't do "tooo bad". Stamped three from large to small in cherry cobbler, crumbcake, and so saffron and heat embossed with clear {makes the color richer} and layered with a button and twine on top. DP is from Cosmo Cricket's Circa 1934 and is a perfect match to more mustard. Added some saffron ribbon that I pleated and sewed and Prima lace in crumbcake. Sentiment was stamped in cherry cobbler and heat embossed with clear {again, to get the richer color}.

Here's the card and inspiration pic...

Yesterday at work, I made an "executive decision" to take today off. Was hoping to stamp a lot but, didn't work out. Although, I did get some stamping time last night and I did get my hair colored {hiding those grays is always a good thing!!!}. Went to lunch with my youngest after some house chores and, all in all, it has been a good day!!

TFL!! Hope you're having a wonderful Friday... TGIF!!
