WMS All Hallow's Eve!!

LOVE Halloween and Waltzingmouse Stamps makes some fabulous Halloween stamps!! It's getting to be fall and time to get those babies out! So, for the WMS sketch this week...

Stamped the tree from Asian Gardens {love how this worked with the owl} owl from Halloween Party in graphite black and added the Sentiment from Cicely at Halloween and stars from Teeny Trees. Used Authentique papers from last year... {still love these} with a black border at the top and ruffled black lace at the bottom. Striped twill, black seam binding {ribbon carousel}, and a corduroy button from SU.

The sketch by Ms. Lynn...

Happy Hump Day!! I've gotten a little laid back with the long weekend and days were moving slow and.... then, back to work and living with the DNC in Charlotte!! Work about six blocks from the arena and have had to change my driving route to make sure I don't have to deal with traffic... has worked so far but, I'm doubling back to get there. My dad always looked at a map and the straightest/quickest route was the goal. My daughter went kayaking in the mountains this past Saturday and did GPS on the iPhone the whole way... DH and I were talking about the non-GPS days.... ya' know reading a map {'kay don't comment!}

Enough showing my age....

This list was in the paper today to take home from the south for all the tourists here for the DNC {some of these took me a while}
Duke's mayo.... I am totally converted and so is my Midwestern brother-take it home to him when I go
Grits.... converted again
Texas Pete Tabasco.... in certain dishes-family loves and I do too!
Pimento Cheese spread... if you get the right stuff, wonderful
Cheer Wine... cherry cola, they have a fabulous commercial

There were more- for another day, LOL, if you've lasted this long!!

Love when you stop by and appreciate all the sweet comments!

This is a great Halloween card...love the ribbon treatment! Good luck with that DNC traffic...don't envy you at all! Enjoyed your southern list...not a grits fan myself (guess I'm still a Yankee at heart - Ohio born and raised). :-)

The ribbon slipped behind the tag is an awesome design...ending in a lovely be-buttoned bow. Don't even get me started on the patterned paper, eeek! So amazing, Vickie!!

Vickie, this is terrific in every way!! I'm not big on Halloween but this must be one of the best themed cards I've seen. Thanks for joining us for the Waltzingmouse sketch this week :)
